What services do you provide?

What does the design process involve?
For most projects we follow a four step process; Dream, Discover, Design, Deliver. Please click here to review our design process. We do our best to keep our clients well informed of where we are in the process, as well as, seek out necessary information to keep the project flowing and insure our clients are completely satisfied with the final result.
How long will my project take?
We do our best to provide realistic timelines for project completion at the outset. The length of the project will vary based on what is being designed. Example: logo/brand identity projects range from 4-6 weeks in length, but can take longer depending on our workload and the complexity of the project.
What file types will I receive for my project?
For logo/brand identity projects, clients will be provided with eps, pdf, png, and jpg files. Other projects, depending on their intended use will be provided with print ready or web ready file types.
How much will my project cost?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cashier's checks, money orders, major credit cards, and PayPal.
Do you provide printing services?
Printing services can be provided as an additional cost. Captivating Creations will make every attempt to provide the best recommendations for printing services based on client requests.
Can you begin my project ASAP?
We will do our best to provide a reasonable timeline for project completion at the outset. Rush charges will be applied to design costs when the schedule permits, and clients will be informed of rush charges before design project commences.
